Sonoran Winds (currently MySoulAgenda) changed my whole perspective on life.  I was able to let go of so much from my past and move forward to receive what the universe has to offer me. The whole experience was spiritual and magical. Yoga, massage, hikes in the desert with an amazing group of woman that I was so blessed to meet. Sonoran Winds (currently MySoulAgenda) offered me retreat from my busy life! It offered me space and time to learn more about yoga and meditation, both in theory and practice, and delivered on its promise of fabulous teachings, time to discover more of myself, excellent in-home chef, and beautiful facilities. The key aspects included an openness to healing, discovery, manifestation of who we are as women, daughters, mothers, sisters. the program included women's circles, open fire, visit to gem stores, training on essential oils, yoga, meditation, and free time for hot tubbing, long walks, visit to University of Arizona, and hikes. I also was able to work from there, so it was nice to have that possibility as an option. Solid trainings. Beautiful people. Strong space. - Mary H

I spent a week in Tucson for the Sonoran Winds women's empowerment retreat. I had never been to Arizona or a retreat like this before and didn't know what to expect.

I spent a week eating some of the most amazing meals, doing yoga, reiki, sunset and sunrise hikes in the desert, a cacao ceremony, a desert star gazing celebration and connecting with some of the most amazing women.

It's been two years since my experience in Arizona and I still keep in contact with the friends I made at that retreat. There's nothing like the bonding that happens when you share an emotionally revolutionary adventure with other women.  - Tanath B
